MEET CHEF JAMES ADAMS
I am an internationally renowned consultant chef creating menus for new and existing restaurants around the world. Travelling is a creative adventure and gives me the opportunity to try new foods, and create different and innovative menus for all my clients and respond to their specific needs.
I spent many years working as a professional chef in London, continually enhancing my skills at The River Cafe, Spring Restaurant, Gails Bakery, IHG International, Jamie Oliver’s restaurants and Kensington Place, to name a few. As a head chef I won a Bib gourmand.

Development kitchen
My professional kitchen is kitted out with the most up to date equipment that has the capability to produce concepts, and tastings. I always relish the opportunity to work with new clients to create something unique, special and relevant to their project.
